Who we are
Sevyn Labs is a technology business based in Jamaica that designs, builds and maintains websites and software. In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sevyn Labs. You can contact us about privacy at hello@sevynlabs.app or +1 (876) 413-0489.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and the details of your enquiry.
Information collected when you visit this site. This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics tools and no advertising or tracking cookies. Like all websites, it's delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
How we use your information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed: our email provider (Google), and Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website and forwards email sent to our address. These providers may process information outside Jamaica. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for the length of our working relationship plus any period required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers with strong security, limit access to the people who need it, and never ask you to send passwords by email, phone or chat.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We handle personal information in line with applicable data protection law, including Jamaica's Data Protection Act. To make a request, email hello@sevynlabs.app.
